Michael F. Mahoney

Attorney Michael F. Mahoney graduated from Boston College Law School in 1996. Since opening his practice, he has argued before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and tried cases in the Federal District Court, as well as courts throughout the state. Attorney Mahoney has obtained multi-million dollar settlements, arbitration awards, and judgments in multiple complex personal injury cases and has been featured and profiled in The Boston Globe, Fox News, WBZ Radio, Lawyer's Weekly, Daily Lynn Item, ABC News, The Washington Post, and New Mobility Magazine, amongst others. Additionally, Attorney Mahoney recently completed his 10th year as an adjunct professor teaching litigation skills at Boston College.

Ryan P. Gilday

Attorney Ryan P. Gliday attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Thereafter, he attended Suffolk University School of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate. He was the recipient of the Fenton Award and was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. 


After passing the Massachusetts Bar Exam, Attorney Gilday began working with the Law Offices of Michael F. Mahoney as an associate.


Attorney Gilday focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury litigation and has tried cases in courts throughout the Commonwealth. In addition to his trial experience, Attorney Gilday has significant arbitration, mediation, and settlement experience.

David P. Angueira

Attorney David P. Angueira brings years of experience, specializing in the fields of medical malpractice, product liability, and workplace discrimination and harassment. Attorney Angueira began his law career as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s office and a Prosecutor with the Essex County D.A.’s office, followed by a Judicial Clerkship with the Massachusetts Court of Appeals. Lawyers in various specialties often call upon Attorney Angueira to assist them with cases throughout the country because of his national reputation as a relentless advocate for his clients dealing with complicated legal matters. Attorney Angueira has years of experience in product liability, child safety, personal injury, wrongful death, consumer rights, toxic torts, medical malpractice, negligent security, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, labor and employment litigation, whistleblower (Qui Tam) cases, and aviation crash cases.

Alan L. Cantor

Attorney Alan L. Cantor has concentrated his practice in representing catastrophically injured victims and their families in cases involving fire and explosions, defective products, workplace safety, and medical malpractice. Currently, Attorney Cantor devotes much of his time to sophisticated litigation against product manufacturers, companies involved in supervising workplaces, major utilities, and medical professionals. He also has a substantial background in cases involving childhood sexual abuse. He has litigated cases in more than 30 states and has been counsel in more than 100 cases involving seven-figure recoveries, including four cases involving eight-figure recoveries.
